We are challenging you to step up and take a big leap of faith into the New Year and to finally break out of your comfort zone. 21 Days of Yoga (yes in a row) is the goal and we want you to be a part of it!

New students:  $39 for a month of unlimited yoga

Existing students: $79 for a month of unlimited yoga, this deal will be on sale until Jan 31st (3 month auto-pay required for this pricing option). 

Prizes:  Everyone who completes the 21 days will be entered into a raffle to win some great prizes.  The Grand Prize is 1 FREE MONTH of unlimited yoga!

The 1st Rule of Flight Club is: Forget Fear!

Three times a month on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Friday of each month our Black Sheep Yoga Flight Club meets!Join Raschel, Jeanine, or Savannah for an evening of gravity-defying fun at this empowering class full of inversions and arm balances. You will be carefully guided into a variety of basic to advanced asanas, which will diversify and strengthen your practice. You will explore variations of the postures and play with fun and challenging transitions. This class is an excellent opportunity for you to advance your practice, flip your perspective, and build confidence, courage and greater focus.

While we welcome all students, this class is best suited for those with some prior exposure to inversions. A willingness to try something new and exhilarating is a must! Take the leap, and join us!

Sunset Sound Bath: Sunday, February 4th 5-6:15PM with Candice Core & Raschel Kloos

 

A blissful, evening practice that will integrate the nurturing, relaxing and healing power of Restorative Yoga while being bathed in the energy cleansing vibrations of the Tibetan and Himalyan singing bowls. This class provides the perfect opportunity to take time for yourself to unwind, de-stress, and renew your body, mind, and spirit.  This is a gentle and meditative class open to everyone.  No yoga experience necessary.

This special class only happens on the 1st Sunday of every month.  Be sure to pre-register to save your spot.  Class limited to 30 and does sell out.

Pre-Valentine's Day Parther Yoga+Thai Massage Workshop: Saturday, February 10th 1-3:30PM with Candice

Studies have shown: Two things that help you live a longer, healthier and happier life are--connecting with others and having fun. Partner Yoga helps you do both! Bring a “significant other”—a partner, spouse, friend—to share a playful afternoon learning partner-assisted yoga poses you can do at home.

The poses will stretch you and help you become more flexible and strong. We’ll share a little Thai Yoga massage to relieve stress. We’ll end with deep relaxation.

Partner Yoga is a great way to introduce someone to yoga. No yoga experience required. Working with a partner also helps the experienced yogi stretch more deeply.

Only space for 10 couples to keep the practice more intimate.  $50/Couple or $25/Single (No partner no problem!  We can find a yogi friend for you!)

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month we will be hosting a yoga clothing swap in front of the studio from 6-8PM. Bring your clean, gently worn yoga clothes, jewelry, and accessories to trade for something new to you. There is no charge for this event as we will be donating anything left to local women's shelters within our local communities of Oceanside and Vista.

We turn it up on Monday nights with a rocking power flow practice. This intermediate level class will focus on principles of alignment while linking breath to movement, allowing you to build some heat and strengthen your core as we crank up the music and rock our flow. Inversions and arm balances will also be included for some extra "party trick pose" practice fun.
Each week we will change up the the featured artist/genre so be sure to check the schedule regularly to keep current with what we are rocking' out to next! And if there is something you would love to flow to, let us know...we are always open to your music requests.

Be Well: Yoga for Cancer Recovery-Donation Based Class:

Black Sheep Yoga and Be Well Yoga for Cancer Recovery are honored to offer this donation-based weekly yoga class to anyone living with cancer-either in active treatment or recovery.  Our Be Well Yoga for Cancer Recovery classes help bring life back into balance.  Your Be Well teachers are specifically trained in yoga for cancer, providing practical tools and gentle guidance designed to meet the unique needs of cancer patients and survivors.  Classes will include: mindful movement, breathing techniques, guided imagery and deep relaxation: all proven to help reduce stress and promote healing.
 
Your donations support the Be Well Scholarship Fund, helping to provide Yoga for Cancer recovery classes and private sessions for those living with cancer who are in financial need.
