Join Traycie+Vanessa for this special class to celebrate the true meaning of Thanks & Giving before you feast! The practice will focus on inviting gratitude and compassionate awareness into the mind, body, and breath through a fun and invigorating “all level flow” sequence.

Three times a month on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Friday of each month our Black Sheep Yoga Flight Club meets!Join Raschel, Jeanine, or Savannah for an evening of gravity-defying fun at this empowering class full of inversions and arm balances. You will be carefully guided into a variety of basic to advanced asanas, which will diversify and strengthen your practice. You will explore variations of the postures and play with fun and challenging transitions. This class is an excellent opportunity for you to advance your practice, flip your perspective, and build confidence, courage and greater focus.
While we welcome all students, this class is best suited for those with some prior exposure to inversions. A willingness to try something new and exhilarating is a must! Take the leap, and join us!

Sunset Sound Bath: Sunday, December 3rd 5-6:15PM with Traycie Mitchell & Candice Core & Raschel Kloos on Assists
A blissful, evening practice that will integrate the nurturing, relaxing and healing power of Restorative Yoga while being bathed in the energy cleansing vibrations of the Tibetan and Himalyan singing bowls. and gongs. This class provides the perfect opportunity to take time for yourself to unwind, de-stress, and renew your body, mind, and spirit. This is a gentle and meditative class open to everyone. No yoga experience necessary.
This special class only happens on the 1st Sunday of every month. Be sure to pre-register to save your spot. Class limited to 30 and does sell out.

YOGA ROCKS! New Power Flow Class on Monday Nights 7-8:15PM
Breathe. Move. Sweat. Release. Rock Out!
We turn it up on Monday nights with a rocking power flow practice. This intermediate level class will focus on principles of alignment while linking breath to movement, allowing you to build some heat and strengthen your core as we crank up the music and rock our flow. Inversions and arm balances will also be included for some extra "party trick pose" practice fun.
