Bob found the practice of yoga in search of relief from a severe back injury from mountain biking. He is a forever student and enjoys attending various workshops to expand his knowledge.

Bob has received yoga training at Peace Love and Yoga, YogaFit, Soul of Yoga, and Yoga Tree in San Francisco. He is a certified Reiki Master and also has a sound healing certification. Bob enjoys playing a variety of crystal bowls and other instruments for sound healing and meditation. He is honored to share his love of sound healing with the students of Black Sheep Yoga.
