Jessica Berg
Yoga has been a part of Jessica's life for over 13 years - her mat serving as her home base throughout life's constant evolution and change. Over her journey, she's fallen in love with all forms and limbs of the practice - fully certified in 200HR YTT (currently enrolled in 300HR YTT), Reiki II, and Meditation. Jessica's teaching style ensures all levels of the practice feel welcome. It encourages students to focus on the internal vs. the external. She asks that students meet their bodies where they are on any given day while simultaneously being open to exploring new edges within themselves. More than anything, Jessica hopes that students leave her class feeling more connected - to the practice, each other, and themselves.
