Sarah Borom
Sarah grew up in the mountains of the French Alps, and as such, she feels deeply connected to nature. She currently lives in Oceanside. She has been practicing yoga since 2016. She fell in love with the practice because it helped her manage her anxiety and brought balance and direction to her life at the time. Eager to learn more, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 at Yoga One in San Diego. The experience was a turning point in her life as she felt she had finally found her life purpose. Her devotion to the practice, coupled with teaching, has allowed her to find her voice and authenticity, trust her intuition, and develop self-confidence, all essential qualities she was severely lacking.
Her classes invite her students to explore their inner landscapes through intuitive and fluid movements while cultivating flexibility, mobility, and strength. Our emotions, needs, and instincts are felt and expressed through the body. She believes that learning its unique language and connecting to the consciousness that animates it allows us to develop a deep awareness of who we are, tap into the source of our inner power, and cultivate a state of flow – the ability to accept and let go - as it is the key to increase our ability to adapt to change and respond to challenges on and off the mat.
