Slower is stronger! Slow Flow Yoga is designed to cultivate awareness and alignment of body, mind, and heart by linking breath with movement at a slowed-down pace that accommodates the individual needs of each student with different conditions, injuries, and physical abilities. The transitions between postures are more “user-friendly” but still help students to improve balance, core strength, and agility.
This class will inspire and challenge you whether you’ve just had the basics, are returning from an injury, or you’ve been practicing yoga for a long time and would prefer a slower, more therapeutic-paced flow. All levels are welcome, as options for more advanced poses will also be offered.
